included in 'American Idol' celebrates 10 years with 'The Hits' compilation...Several of the most popular and successful contestants from the past ten seasons of American Idol (TV) are now featured on a compilation CD called American Idol 10th Anniversary - The Hits, which has been scheduled for release on March 15th.
The record is the first of it's kind and will include hit singles by Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, Daughtry, David Cook, Adam Lambert, and more.
The CD celebrates the hit show's tenth season, which recently debuted with new judges Steven Tyler and Jennifer Lopez. Together with veteran judge Randy Jackson, the three have quickly formulated a chemistry that has rejuvenated the show and grabbed the attention of viewers.
Since it's debut back in 2002, Fox's "goose that laid the golden egg" has become one of the most popular television shows in history, frequently grabbing the number one ratings spot.
